Grown in Kerala's humidity.
One group, five companies, and a lineage in Kerala that runs back to 1999.
When a job outgrows the living room, our sister company was built for it.
Group lineage
25+YearsOf air conditioning and refrigeration work in Kerala, counted from Aircon India South in 1999.
Installed by HRS
300K+TRTons of refrigeration installed across Kerala by Hitech Refrigeration Services.
HRS offices
5KeralaKochi, Kalamassery, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Thiruvalla.
Hitech Refrigeration Services, HRS for short, is the group's engineering company. It designs and services the systems a home never needs: chiller plants, multi-floor VRF, walk-in cold rooms, bus air conditioning and refrigerated trucks, for hospitals, hotels, banks and fleet operators.
Modern Aircon and HRS are separate companies with a shared history. If your project needs a plant room rather than a split, or a fleet rather than a flat, that is the kind of work HRS was set up to do.
Four habits, learnt over a lot of Kerala summers.
We size for August, not for the showroom.
Humidity first, temperature second. The unit we recommend is the one that keeps your room dry on the stickiest week of the year.
We will talk you out of a bigger unit.
If a 1.5-ton holds your room, you will not be sold a 2-ton. The tonnage we recommend is written into the quote, with the reason next to it.
We document what we did, so the next visit starts informed.
Photographs, readings and the commissioning report stay on file against your address, not in someone's memory.
We stay on the phone after the install.
Service, filter cleans and the odd strange noise: the same numbers you called to book are the ones that answer afterwards.
Nine open roles at our sister company, for people who like a hard day's cooling.
Tell us the room.

Room size, which floor, which way the windows face, and what you have now. That is enough for a first answer on tonnage.
